Investor Relations ManagerLocation - Mostly RemoteA private equity owned business, headquartered in the North of England, are looking for an IR Manager to report to the Corporate Finance Director and Head of IR. The role is fully remote but will require one day every few weeks in the head office.The company currently has publicly traded debt and this role requires management of existing investors, including responding to queries, maintaining the database on investor engagement, preparing the reporting timetable. You will be responsible for coordinating the development of the Annual Report and managing its content. You will support the delivery of quarterly reporting including drafting of results announcements and the investor presentation as well as supporting documents such as Q&As and the data pack. You will work closely with the finance and marketing teams to stay close to the business and remain informed on growth which will steer the messaging.You will support on the preparation of board updates, monitoring of peer disclosures, and managing the materials for rating agency submissions. The ideal candidate will have previous publicly listed company investor relations experience and a strong financial literacy. You must be confident with written communications and strong attention to detail. You will liaise with senior stakeholders across the business and therefore must have strong interpersonal skills.
