The song is the sixth single on Wallen’s upcoming fourth album I’m the Problem, following “Lies Lies Lies,” “Love Somebody,” “Smile,” “I’m The Problem” and “Just in Case.” I’m the Problem will release May 16, and if Wallen’s previous sales are any indication, it will likely be one of the best-selling albums of 2025.

Wallen and Post’s “I Had Some Help” was one of the biggest songs of 2024, spending six weeks atop the Hot 100 and going double platinum while helping establish Post as a crossover country star. “I Had Some Help” was nominated for best country song at the Grammys back in February.
Wallen’s new song comes weeks after the country superstar courted controversy for abruptly walking off the stage during the credits for Saturday Night Live, posting “get me to God’s country” on his Instagram with a photo of a jet. It became a viral moment online, and days later, Wallen leaned into the controversy by selling “get me to God’s country” merchandise on his website.
Aside from Post, Wallen’s new album will also feature Eric Church, Hardy and most notably pop star Tate McRae, who is featured on the song “What I Want.”
As for Post Malone, he’ll be headlining Coachella once again for Weekend Two this Sunday, opening the possibility to be debuting the new song on one of live music‘s biggest stages, either with or without Wallen.
